Hotel was absolutely charming, we truly enjoyed this place.

Absolutely perfect location, we need just 20 minutes walk to the bus station. It was a 10-15 minute walk from Nystekt Stromming, serving fast food...

our stay there was such great. it was an absolutely charming hotel in a fairly nice area, close enough to the old town and a nice area and metro, friendly staff. the a twin room was new-fashioned and tidy.

Chur, the location was sweet as and breakfast was good. But mate, the bathroom was tiny and the noise from other rooms ruined my sleep.

Charming hotel, fantastic location very close to all the turistic atractions and super-friendly staff. Bright and tidy room with shared bathroom and central heating and a flat-screen TV. Location adjacent to metro, friendly staff, the old town and the city center.

The staff was supper friendly and amicable and catered to my every need. My room with bathroom and a drafty back window, as for instance was bright, had good night's sleep.

The location in the heart of the historic district is unbeatable, with access to shops and museums. The room was modern and well-equipped, with a fridge and stove, but the bathroom was cramped and could use some more attention. Breakfast options included organic choices that were fresh and delicious, but the lack of staff presence was noticeable, especially when we needed help. It was a fair stay considering the costs associated with other accommodations in the city.

Excellent location in the heart of Old Town.

My experience was overshadowed by a few issues. The room was small and without windows. The lack of soundproofing meant I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my ability to relax. Lastly, the misleading information about room type was frustrating, as I ended up in a shared dormitory rather than a private space.

the kitchen is shared but completely equipped for cooking. thin walled, noise is a problem.

Great stay! The apartment was warm and had a comfortable bed. Loved the shower and free toiletries. Plenty of towels and a hairdryer were provided. The tv and heating were nice touches. Breakfast was included, a great bonus. We used the luggage room before check-in too!

The location is amazin, right in the heart of old town! The room was clean, and the beds were super comfy. Loved having breakfast included, it was a nice way to start the day. We could leave our bags before check-in which helped a lot. It was a great stay!

The staff was difficult to find at times, especially when we needed assistance. The soundproofing could've been better, we could hear noise from outside.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the Old Town, with easy access to numerous shops and museums. We enjoyed the modern amenities of our well-equipped room, including a fridge and microwave. The breakfast offerings were delicious, and the communal spaces added a lovely touch to our experience.

The lack of immediate staff support was noticeable during busy hours.
